I'm New to the forum
I'm not a good comedian yet still young and need to build confidence
But my dad is a really good comedian done it for years and anyone know any gigs or breakthrough into the comedy world

I know it might seem 'wrong' to ask your fuddy-duddy Dad for help and advice but I'd certainly recommend you did.
He's probably got a few good tips/contacts up his old fashioned sleeve.
Nothing wrong with a bit of nepotism.
