Everything from the I Am Idiot Literal Visualisation Technique, to Keith's Mingles (a clever take on jingles). There's also bad stuff from Nick Clegg and a trip hop experimentation.

Yes & No.

Ho ho.

It's rather good this.

Maybe some of your jokes are a little over extended.

But good stuff I enjoyed that.

Do you script it? It sounds much tighter than these things usually do, which is a good thing.

That's good to hear. No we don't script it much at all. The intro and obviously, any songs are, but other than that, there's a very basic running order and then off we go.

We aim to keep it to 30 minutes each week and that seems to keep us fairly focussed.
