Missing show, help needed

Hello mates.
Over a year I have been looking for this stand up- show.
My friend had it in his player and we were listening it at work.
It was something how Europe was found.
Was it American's that wanted to find a new place and started to walk around.
They arrived at Europe but it was too frikking cold and there were some incidents with polarbears (polarbears eated one of them, lol can't remember), but then they decided to keep on walking until they arrived to Canada.
This was hilarious, link to YouTube would be so awesome if anyone can catch what am I looking for?

Do you remember anything about the comedian, or roughly when the show was from?

Probably isn't what you're looking for based on your recollections, but possibly you've amalgamated Ricky Gervais's Eskimos bit from Fame show and Polar Bears bit from Animals show?
