In reply to an earlier post I don't think it is a sketch I think they want people to show they can write something meaningful in such a short time frame. Ah, that's not the one I thought you meant. It certainly looks like 15mins is the latest fad for comp organisers because there are 2 or 3 of these out there at the mo.
