To that end, there is a wonderful BBC initiative called "School Report", helping schoolchildren develop journalist skills - and today is "School Report NewsDay", a nationwide programme inspiring school children to create and run their own news rooms out of their class...

Hello and welcome! This week has seen plans to allow school children to contact school nurses by text message - presumably so you can medical help quicker when you LMAO!

School boy:
I'm Jenkins - I'm the anchor.

School boy:
As well as School Report News Day, we are doing School Report NewsJack Day. School dinners are rather like George Osborne - thick and difficult to stomach.
Justin:

School boy:
We are only allowed in one at a time... I'm doing the intro and lot's of gags about how things are, like, like things - like, double maths is like, lame.
Justin:
I'm sure we do more than that.
School boy:
We've got a Jack App - well, more like a Jack Happy Slap. And Corrections. Mistakes are like trying to undo a six former's bra, the bigger it is the more of a boob you end up feeling. Now it's time for some corrections...
