It's an online interactive sitcom produced by baby cow. It seems they produce a new episode each day, people watch them, submit scripts, sketches suggestions, and then they film their ideas.
I haven't watched any of them yet, but might be worth a look.

Watched a few of these stopped now though, they were alright but it didn't seem to really take peoples ideas on, not from the scripts I read anyway. It's also suppose to be about a brother and sister searching for their siblings across Europe but it seems to be because of budget reasons they can't get a bigger cast, so its just the two actors all the time which doesn't really work.
