I've just done it. Really struggled with best new sitcom and ended up picking two mediocre shows on the basis that there wasn't anything else. Terrible year for comedy.

I skipped best new sitcom. Because there wasn't one.
I put Friday Night Dinner for best new sitcom, I really thought that was top notch fun.
I put In With The Flynns as best new one. Can't remember the others now.....
The best new stuff was potentially from Sky, but as I haven't got that I had to make do with Channel 4 and the Beeb's meagre offerings.

And yet sadly this is only likely to affect the validity of your "worst" choice.

Yep.
When's the deadline?
And who's hosting this year?
I'm guessing not Gervais after the kicking his Dwarf Sitcom got.

Last chance to vote, if anyone's not got around to it yet!
(Voting closes tomorrow.)
I agree with most of those winners.
Although I think the Ricky/Karl podcast cartoon is very, very funny. Doesn't deserve worst at all.
Nothing for Shooting Stars? Ridiculous.
Yeah, I voted for that.
