Yes, she sounded completely mental. That's why it was funny!
You didn't laugh at her putting her hand up to touch the cat's paw in the window?

I thought that was hilarious but none of the other guests batted an eyelid and even Frank played along and went 'awwwww'. After seeing the Cats!!! thread here on the BCG, I don't know what to believe any more when it comes to women and felines.

Lol. Well please don't think her behaviour is common among women!

I'm assuming she was exaggerating. Stopping the car when you see a cat and chasing it is very much not normal.

I used to think women were quite normal until the Internet came along. I now have a window into their secret world I was never allowed when dating. This whole cat thing is way out of control.

Yeah, I thought men were normal until the internet showed me that around 90% are quite, quite sick and wrong. (And a lot more shallow than I ever thought.) :(

On the plus side, erm... I'll think of one in a minute. ;)

Wikipedia? There's no way women would have taken so much time out to compile Star Trek episodes in chronological order.

Although I think cats are nice... I'm more of a dog lover...we had lovely little Jack Russells when I was growing up, noone round where I lived had cats, so I never had anything to do with them.

Seeing as that people who moan on about how horrible the Olympics will be are in Room 101, does that mean Aaron's job is now vacant?

I've just spotted something in the Radio Times today which affects all of us. On his appearance on Room 101 later in the series, Chris Packham has nominated to get rid of the entire human race.

I went off Packham a while back when I watched him judge a wildlife photo contest on springwatch.

After pricking about taking imaginary pictures with some hefty Nikons, he preceded to lay into a bunch of snaps brought in by some young kids for their poor composition and exposure problems, like he was Henri Cartier Bresson.

The poor kids went away with their perfectly good photos of deer and kestrels and horny toads heads bowed and vowing to self harm when they were old enough to reach the cutlery drawer. What a c**t.

This week's show wasn't any better than last, although I do think this is a better vehicle for Skinner than his recent chat show.

If room 101 is a place a person attempts to subject a prisoner to his or her own worst nightmare, fear or phobia, then shouldn't it be hosted by Graham Norton?

Interesting culturally that the two TV shows that reference Orwell's 1984 - Big Brother obviously being the other one - both misuse the concepts they pinch.

I don't think they are the only two shows to reference 1984. I'm pretty sure that Sky News broadcasts in Newspeak.

Or, in fact, like he wasn't.

Actually, I'm not all that interested in the subject of photography. Once the picture is in the box, I'm not all that interested in what happens next. Hunters, after all, aren't cooks.

Well, this was pretty shit. The new format completely ruined the show. Watched the first two, and that's enough for me.

As if it were not enough that we get endless new panel shows, now they've started converting existing shows into them. Where will it end? (awaits surreal replies)

It's not even a proper competition. We're bound to get bored with the lack of real competition one day, and then they'll have to make winning worthwhile, by giving the winner (awaits surreal replies) and the loser (awaits surreal replies).

No. Hatred of the Olympics is so strong, so valid, that it would break Room 101 wide open.
