Why do all spammers have such a poor grasp of the English language? Is it because they can't get other jobs so turn to spamming? You'd think they'd invest some time and money to make cons vaguely plausible
It does seem a waste of time and effort. If you're going to do a job, do it properly I say!

It's because they're Chinese. Or, occasionally, Pakistani, Indian, Phillippino, Nigerian, etc.
