The Life of Brian Bigus Dickus - Legendary

I have just watched this excellent Monty Python Film and thought it was excellent. What do you think the funniest moment is: I'll have to go for the BIGUS DICKUS.

"What have the Roman's ever done for us?"

"He's not your messiah, he's a very naughty boy."

The Life of Brian is my favourite film of all time. There's just so many great lines. I watch so much comedy that I'm rarely 'in stiches' however this film is one of the few which really does get me laughing that hard.

My favourite moment is not what you might expect - for some inexplicable reason it's when Eric Idle's character admits that he was joking and that, no he hasn't been let off but is indeed actually here for crucifixion.

I was going to say - "Just a flesh wound" when the Black Knight gets his arms chopped off - but then I remembered that was "The Holy Grail".

When they just follow him & wont leave him alone. Brilliant. All of it.

And the spaceship. I haven't seen it for ages but got the MP box set.

I like the leper who is pissed off because Jesus cured him and the nudity obviously.

Brian: YOU'RE ALL DIFFERENT!
Crowd: Yes, we're all different.
Lone voice: ... I'm not.

ugh, Monty Python quotes...

Brian: YOU'RE ALL DIFFERENT!
Crowd: Yes, we're all different.
Lone voice: ... I'm not.

That is very clever!

it is ironic because they're all saying that they're different in unison

then one guy says "im not" which is also ironic because hes the only one who is different

irony is funny

Oh - I see!!!

I have a fwiend called Bigus Dickus.

Spike stopping in mid sentence and the just walking away.

hey remember that bit when
