British Comedy Guide

New member, so maybe this is a bit cheeky .....

Just joined, and here's a few lines to introduce my new ebook --

Get those chuckle muscles toned up, for here is a collection of short comedy stories for everybodies delectation.
Meet Bulldog (a woman by the way), the window cleaner you would'nt want to meet when she'd had one too many. Or her mate Agnes, built like a cross between a brick privy and a concrete block house. Some idea of their interaction can be gathered by the following extract -----
Agnes stared at her companion. It was difficult to believe that such thoughts could exist inside such an exterior, although looking again at Bulldog's weather beaten face, skull and crossbones tattoo on her neck accompanied by another even larger version on the lower part of her huge right arm, M and S top just slightly too tight which showed off Bulldog's huge bosom, which wobbled about like two fighting wolves under a blanket when she carried her window cleaning ladders at a trot when a shower was due, maybe it was just possible to imagine thoughts of a similar nature lurking just under the surface.

Then there's Alf, and his beloved working men's club, a refuge from the outside world, and from those womenfolk. But take care Alf, all could change, Sally, that good and crafty wife of yours, has some plans for that club, like a pub restaurant, and, wait for it, women members!!!!!!

The ebook is on Kindle and is titled - Flat Caps and Muffin Baps. It is priced at £0.75.

Happy chuckling
