Sorry zooo - I've never got into Dr Who either. The two major problems for me are that...
A) Like Captain Scarlet he can't die - what's the point?!?
B) He's thick. Take Billy Piper - why doesn't he just go back in time again to when he met her and make sure they didn't go to wherever they went when she died.
Well, don't bring logic into it!
Anyway, he can't mess with timelines too much. Everything ends up the way it does for a reason.
And he can die. He can only regenerate a certain number of times. And he's running out, I don't know how they're going to get around that...
Plus he wont automatically regenerate, shoot him in the face and he would just die like anyone else. Not that im suggesting that anyone should shoot him in the face at 7p.m. on a Saturday.
And Billie didnt die, shes in a parallel universe with her familly. And he couldnt go back and change that because it would be altering his own personel time line, and then a whole load of bad crap would happen, as evidenced in the episode where Billie saved her Dad. I am a geek.
