Looking for feedback on Unspoken Words

I've embarked on a series of live recording for this 15 minute radio series, each episode reflects on a single word each week, and what that word might inspire.
It's humour as in storytelling as opposed to comedy as in stand up, if that makes sense.

any comments or critique are welcome,

ok, so here's an old joke:
Woody Allen tries to pick up an art lover in a gallery:

"That's quite a lovely Jackson Pollock, isn't it?
"Yes it is."
"What does it say to you?"
... ... "It restates the negativeness of the universe. The hideous lonely emptiness of existence. Nothingness the predicament of man forced to live in a barren godless eternity..."
(pause)
"So, (cough) What are you doing Saturday night?"
"Commiting suicide."
(pause)
"What about Friday night?"
