JUSTINcientists at the CERN laboratory in Geneva have reportedly broken the speed of light using tiny particles called Neutrinos, which sound a bit like Italian dog biscuits. If this is correct it could require a complete rewriting of our understanding of the laws of the Universe as well as disproving Albert Einstein's theory of special relativity. How very dare they? I'm joined now by Heidi, Einstein's great granddaughter. Heidi, your great grandfather is regarded as the father of modern physics and his theory of E=MC2 is probably the most widely known and accepted theories in science, what do you think he would make of all this?
HEIDIGERMAN) I don't know what to make of it all really.
JUSTIN:Could you give it a bash?
HEIDI:I don't really know much about him to be honest.
JUSTINlease? We tried to get Brian Cox in but he's busy filming 15 seconds of footage in the Himalayas.
HEIDI:Well I'm sure Great Grandpa Albert wouldn't have minded having his theories disproved. He loved a challenge and it would have spurred him on to discover new theories.
JUSTINo you think that the neutrinos may be travelling through multidimensional space where the space covered is less than in the three familiar dimensions
HEIDI:I don't have a clue what you just said. Unfortunately I don't share my Great Grandfather's scientific mind. But we do have one thing in common.
JUSTIN:Which is?
HEIDI:Awful hair.
JUSTINh thank god. I thought you were going to say you'd married your cousin like him as well.
HEIDI:He...what?
JUSTINops. Heidi Einstein, thank you.
