Speaking as the person responsible for the schedule on this site, I haven't seen any evidence for 1998 being repeated. Usually whenever BBC Radio 4 Extra / Radio 7 repeat a series for the first time, they repeat the first series. Then during the next repeat run they repeat two series. In the third run they repeat three series and so on.
