1) Seems alright to my untrained ear
2) Slightly melancholic, mysterious and a bit chilling. Reminds me a little of those odd East European animations that they used to show on BBC2 which would be fantastically freaky and would scare the bejeesus out of me as a kid.
It's a nice little piece definitely sounds like it could back something a little spooky, like Tony says.
Or a Playstation RPG game.Has some FF7 inflections in there.
