I have only ever had contact with the same person every time, maybe they have a rejects stamp ready prepared with the same name.
I think I'll read the next letter from the bottom up, just to save a bit of time.

one to stamp the letter
and the other to put it in the SAE
that's where the problem lies then, theres no bugger left to read it.
