A couple fo sketches
I think missed the punchline in the first one. Or is it just silly fun?
But I like the second one.
yep no punch line in the first I just thought it was a bit of silly fun if you had to go to a certain room to let rip.
Rip off Britain strikes again
Welcome Daniel... I find farting very funny... I guess it would be a good visual sketch
The first one's plan weird. I like weird. I'd laugh a lot if I saw that on TV. I didn't think the second was too funny in text format, but if you could hear examples as the advert played, then I'm sure it'd be a hoot.
I liked the first one and the second one, the third one was rubbish, oh wait that was a reply
I think on the first one maybe you should have a sign saying something like 'crackdown on chemical terrorism' or 'no farting on pain of death' and have a high noon stand off between the farter, who is deperately trying to hold in his fart, and the policeman who is watching him closely. Lots of cuts and close ups. Then at the end you hear the farter fart and he is shot. Just a thought. Great sketches keep it up.
Thanks for the advice and comments everyone.
The advert sketch is the kind of spoof that's been done to death and although it conjures up a nice image, it's still in need of a decent last line. The farting sketch is well written but even so, and while I agree that farting works, I'm not so sure the sketch does but even so, it was still worth reading.
Hi Dan
Agree with Baumski re: the second.
The first is good and shows a touch of the surreal but I think AJP's take builds on your idea and adds a topical terrorism slant - chemical warfare.
Perhaps a line for during the stand-off: the cop can shout "Put the arse on the floor and step away."

THAT'S the line.
Thanks for the help everyone.
"Cheeks on the floor, and spread em!"

It does have a certain use!
I thought the first one was good - not so much the Advert though.
