So how much is fish now a days?
Depends if its fresh water or salt water...cor i thought every fish enthusiast would ask that question first...i knew you wasn't a real fish person...but i guess it would be 72 groats a kilo..fresh 42 groats a kilo salty.
The price of cod is increasing significantly, but that's down to supply and demand. The problem appears to be over-fishing, and until we can slow this down, pricing will continue to rise.
Again also, increased fuel bills will have an effect
My advice, don't eat fish. It's getting expensive.
shi* and i've just bought a brand new...lovely bluey yellow single seated clipper boat...and a new carbon fibre fishing rod...im gonna look a right kno* handing it back because of the low fish numbers...i may as well start another hobby...is there an overwhelming amount of ferrets or field rats that need bringing down in numbers.
I believe rats are an increasing problem. They are starting to become immune to a lot of the poisons, and some are now being termed 'super rats'. I'm sure they could keep you busy
If we can't poison them then we'll just have to do it the old fashioned way. Where's my club?

Fish is horrible, horrible stuff. I put up with cod from my local chippy of course, but only for the sweet, taaaaaaaaasty batter. Has to be drenched in HP though!
