A MAN RUNS OUT OF THE TOILET AND TAGS ONE OF THE OTHER LOCALS WHO GETS UP AND RUNS IN THE TOILET

THE LOCAL RUNS BACK OUT OF THE TOILET STOPS LOOKS AT BOB AND TAGS HIM

THE WHOLE PUB (INCLUDING MAVIS) IS STANDING FROZEN IN PLACE AS IF PLAYING GRANDMAS FOOTSTEPS

Good one, I could imagine it on something like the Fast Show or if darker on League of Gentlemen.

It's a lovely idea, but one that needs a bit more length & room to develop, or stick to one reveal, one game.
The leap from one to the other might confuse IMO
