Well I have not had a gun held to my head and been made to pick yet.
If I had to pick it would be Moosic over TV.

Try XFM. If you want new stuff although that's becoming more and more mainstream nowadays.
On Radio 2 there's loads of good new stuff on progs such as Stuart Maconie (saturday pm) and Jonathan Ross (saturday am).
I don't listen to loads but I make myself fairly aware because - like Charley - I think I prefer music to TV. I've probably been to more gigs in the last 5 or 6 years than in the previous 20.
I like new music which is why I write my own
If we're talking about radio stations, the only music radio station i listen to is 6music. It's bloody brilliant.
Talk sport is the bestest radio station from 10pm onwards.
The worst pop group in the world ever are the Spice Girls followed by The Backdoor Boys.
I think those 2 groups should get together & do a tour of the moon. Where they can play to a bunch of Aliens who will no doubt look better than any of them. I reckon they should do a long tour, say about 30 years. Returning home to die.
Thanks for reading.
I listen to BBC 7 the most followed by BBC 2. And then whatever station I stop at if its playing a good toon!
I only ever listen to BBC London these days. Vanessa is brilliant.
Quote: charley rance @ June 24, 2007, 9:47 PMI think by todays standards the Beatles would be classed as Indie. I would call them Rock for their time.
Please don't class The Beatles as indie. The Beatles are probably the best band ever and indie music is a load of tripe, similar sounding, two guitar chord strumming, bad vocalist, cheesy lyrics, radio friendly pop. My opinion and all.
Also there is good new music out there, but if you want to hear it then I suggest don't listen to Radio 1.
Here's just a few great bands/musicians making fantastic music at the moment, Gogol Bordello (currently one of the most exciting bands in the world), Regina Spektor, 6 Day Riot and Tori Amos's new album is brilliant.
6music is great!
I love music, but if I had to choose, I'd choose TV, and books, and films actually, before music.
But only just.
I'd choose TV and then watch music videos
ooh, cunning.
I would choose not to choose, I would choose something else... Drugs probably.
I would choose Ewan McGregor.
*Ewan voice* "Choose life"
Hes doing his Long Way Down thing at the moment. Heres the link if anyones interested. The videos are pretty good.
