Good afternoon fellow comedy fans!
I'm currently living in the Westcountry in a small town in Gloucestershire and hoping to move out as soon as I can gain employment somewhere.
I was raised on comedy by my two elder brothers. In particular The Mary Whitehouse Experience, Punt and Dennis, Blackadder, The Young Ones and Bottom.
I'm one half of the currently Larval comedy music duo Juggling Geese and am writing songs, playing the ukulele and singing for that. Our main inspirations are Paul and Storm, Mitch Benn, Jonathan Coulton and Flanders and Swann.
My main love in comedy is stand-up. My main inspirations are Marcus Brigstocke, Andrew O'Neill, Bill Hicks, Bill Bailey and Eddie Izzard.
And I'm currently writing stand-up material and looking to do a few open mic nights to see if I like doing stand-up. (I'm fairly sure I will.) I'm limited by transport but I'm sure I could arrange a lift from the back end of no-where to Bristol, Gloucester or Cheltenham. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
