I really want to get into comedy and figured while I am still in school it would be a good idea to try and make some money writing comedy online, just want to know if it's doable and if so what site(s) would be good to start with.
Anywhere to get paid for writing comedy online?
Look up Newsrevue and Treason Show, both stage sketch pay for topical stuff.
Look around critique and get a feel for what they like.
There are a few topical websites that pay, but meh in my experience not worth the bother.
Check out writing ops for other stuff.
But generally NR and TS is where most people cut their teeth.
