Identify panel show by its rules

What about this? Post how to play a particular panel show and peeps have to guess it.

First one

Points are usually scored as 'singles', but there are also 'doubles' and the chances to score six points for questions. Players also come up with a particular hard question of their own which scores more points. It is based around a sport.

If I said the sport was cricket...would that help anyone?

Points are scored for getting a right answer but you can also score something if you are "quite right".
