What do you think of product placement?

Hi guys

I particularly find the increasing use of product placement quite annoying when watching films.

That is why I decided to do my dissertation on the topic, to find out what does people think about this practice

If you could give me minutes of your time and answer the following survey I'll really appreciate it

Also feel free to say how do you feel in here too

Thanks!

I think it sucks balls.

I don't mind it unless it becomes too intrusive, such as in Casino Royale.

I find product placement gives me the kind of headache only nurofen can ease

It's distasteful. Unlike this delicious jar of Marmite

It leaves me feeling so grubby I wish I could wash and go

Are you eating it with a spoon?

Are you eating it with a spoon?

Yes

Heh. I love that scene in Bridget Jones where she's eating from a jar of Branston pickle with a spoon. Like that's something normal that all Brits do!

Are you eating it with a spoon? off of someone?

Wanna prevent your kids liking chocolate?

Just swop the marmite and nutella labels

Do we not? Huh?

You utter wrong'n.

Apparently writing is a lot easier, now that you can product placement, though it does make me laugh when Coronation Street or EastEnders use a website I haven't heard of, for example. ("You on Bookface?")

It's, "Matesgate" on EastEnders, I love it. Even BBC shows where you can clearly see they are drinking Coca-Cola, but it has a white label over the words "Coca-Cola".
