Newsjack - Series 5 Page 75

Sorry, probably didn't make myself clear. I meant feedback from whoever you've sent your work to, so in this case one of the producers of the show.

EDIT: Actually I think I misunderstood you - oops! All I can say is I've had some really good constructive honest feedback from people who I didn't personally know until I submitted work to them. So why guess why someone didn't like something when you can ask them.

And yes, that includes this show.

"Thi" would have been funnier.

F off.

(Oh yeah)

:) All interesting, will read all rejects, might put my 'corrupted' ones on there to get some constructive criticism, hope some of the successful members will respond-please!

They usually do, dellas. Unsuccessful ones too, and it's all worth having. Get it out there.

Did you put any rejects up Badge?

I didn't, but mine were pretty rushed & rubbish

I've put up some quickies before. Might put up my latest now. I didn't put up any sketches though, partly because some were shamelessly whizzed off to Newsrevue in re-edited form.

I always like to see Sunshine material, though.

People got paid yet? Mine's come through a bit odd...

Ooooh! Will go and check the bank statement. At least it means that I've covered the offsprings' half term treat.

really, they usually ask for a contract to be signed first.

I think the line in bold right at the end takes away the need for a signature.

Odd in what way? Have they paid you in tangerines? That happened to me for series three, and when I contacted them to complain they said 'no, just give them a go', so I did and they were lovely. I hope I get tangerines again for this series.

I only got satsumas. It's a disgrace, this class divide...

Haven't checked, but doesn't it usually take a good month or two after the end of the series for we humble writers to get our dosh??
