I have been reading the forum, as an outsider, for the last couple of days. Tonight/this morning, I thought I'd bite the bullet. I am almost finished a first draft of a sitcom episode (my first ever attempt) and thought it best to seek out some advice. I am also interested in looking for some freelance writing jobs. I am not quite sure what I am supposed to put in here... I'm 28, Scottish and I am currently working on a PhD in English Literature. So, when I am not writing... I am writing.
