No way, man! Just feel it needs tightening a bit (in the ways suggested above).
It does rely on knowledge of ALF, but then it's such an iconic programme that I think quite a lot of viewers are gonna be au fait enough to get the punchline (unlike me!)

Aside from it not being apparent enough that the 'tick-tock' is her biological clock and that it's a cat inside ALF's sandwich I really think you need to establish a running theme because all you've got are the cut tos in Family Guy with no real USP. And using ALF, As Don said the other day, currently the cartoons work but feel a little dated.
You've had quite alot of positive feedback so ignore mine if you see me as a lone voice but I think you could do alot better with the effort your putting in.
I didn't find out that A.L.F. ate cats until years after the show aired on terrestrial T.V. I think that was because it used to air on Saturday evenings, didn't it? I was usually out, playing football in the park across the road from my house on Saturday evenings back in those days, so didn't always catch it, even though I always liked it.
As a fan of A.L.F I laughed at it. I think the biological clock is unneccessary, as they already have kids. The fact ALF is eating a cat could definitely be more obvious, as I missed it until it was mentioned.
Funny, although there's a limited audience.
