Yay! I like Silent Mr Bubb a lott.

Agree with Steve, but I'd have the recopetionist give him plaster rather than blu tac.

Funny

Is the Blue tack an idea he gets once he has been sent to the back of the queue?
Or was it there already.
For me the former would be a bit funnier.

Sorry Ange I changed my feedback as I didn't know exactly what was being implied.

The bluetack was there already, a sort of at home fix it till he got to the hospital!

Thanks... silent he will remain now :)

Simplify it for filming and send it to that SA looking for sketches.

This is a good situation for the character.

Because of Mr. Bubbs reoccurence people would by this point know the "rules" of the sketch, so I think the hole in the bubble/blu tac works well.

But, if you added a few more seconds to the sketch, once the doctors have seen him you could do an intense E.R montage, where they remove the blu tac - The air starts hissing, the bubble slowly begins to deflate, the medical staff are racing against time to save him, a maverick doctor appears with a puncture repair kit and foot pump.

Successful operation, Mr Bubble leaves intact with a black plaster covering the hole.

Then again maybe not, anyway, good chapter.

Who?

There's a thread called writers get published or something

I thought he was going to bowl all the other waiting invalids over as he made his way to the end of the queue.
