Liked Scene 1..works really well just as it is, and could see it like a comic strip...don't know if that's what you intended.
Scene 2 - Didn't work for me as well, but I did like the Batberry...genius!
Scene 3 - Enjoyed this one, it was comical and silly in a good way, again I see it as a comic strip in my minds eye.
This is a great idea without the usual Sooty magic. Needs a rewrite when you're in the mood as it could be brilliant.
There is already a very good Batman/Robin sketch in Frankie Boyle's Tramadol Nights where Robin fails his monthly appraisal for 'turning up late and always killing everybody'. Fertile ground.

Streamline all your bits into one DC-Universe post-crunch scene and it would piss all over Everett's, Horne/Cordens, Boyles parodies.
