No it's just a simple gag about the ridiculous assigning of tickets. Topical and Shizz

The artwork is very good, it just needs to be a bit more punchy in content.

It's excellent gavin and hits the point right on the head.

Of course you have to already know that applying for tickets for the olympics was/is a farce. Where they take your money straight from your card without telling you first wether you have been successful in your application(s)
Some applied for many tickets hoping to get at least some and ended up like your couple.

I think it's all the boxes in the last frame that confused me.

I like it, think it would still work without the boxes as it's common knowledge that tickets were expensive and scarce

I rather like this it's simple and to the point and a good observational gag.
