I have written what I see as a short cartoon or animation.
But, I can't animate or draw.
Anyone with the skills fancy taking it on
and of course anyone to critique the content. 
BABY ON BOARD

PART 1
DAY. EXT.
A TRAFFIC QUEUE
POV: INSIDE A CAR BEHIND THE DRIVER
The cars are at a standstill and the driver is looking at
what must be a hand made sign in the back window of the car in front.
The sign reads
CAUTION
BABY ON BOARD
GRAMS; A RUMBLING SOUND OOV TO THE LEFT.
A HUGE BABY WITH A HUGE NAPPY ON
GLIDES PAST THE CAR RIDING A SKATEBOARD
The driver looks at the skateboard then the sign
not sure if there is any correlation between the two.
PART 2
SCENE AS BEFORE
The cars move on a little and over a traffic calming bump
This bump makes the letter 'D' fall off the sign.
The sign now reads
[CAUTION
BABY ON BOAR
GRAMS; SQUEALING AND GRUNTING,OOV TO THE LEFT
THE SAME HUGE BABY COMES BY RIDING
BRONCHO STYLE, A KICKING SCREAMING PIG
The driver again looks to the pig and the sign
definitely confused at this
PART 3
SCENE AS BEFORE
The cars move on a little and over a traffic calming bump
This bump makes the letter 'R' fall off the sign
The sign now reads
CAUTION
BABY ON BOA
GRAMS; LOUD HISSING,OOV TO THE LEFT
THE BABY COMES BY WRESTLING WITH A HUGE SNAKE
IT IS COILED AROUND THE BABY.
The driver although amazed is beginning to get the plot
PART 4
SCENE AS BEFORE
The cars move on a little and over a traffic calming bump
This bump makes the letter 'A' fall off the sign.
The sign now reads
CAUTION
BABY ON BO
GRAMS; SHEEP BLEATING OOV TO THE LEFT
SHEEP COME BY AND THE BABY IS SAT ON
THE SHOULDERS OF LITTLE BO PEEP
The driver shrugs his shoulders at the absurdity of it
PART 5
SCENE AS BEFORE
The cars move on a little and over a traffic calming bump
This bump makes the letter 'O' fall off the sign.
The sign now reads
CAUTION
BABY ON B
GRAMS; A LOUD BUZZING SOUND GETTING HIGHER AND LOWER
The driver looks to his left to see what could be happening.
There is nothing there.
Puzzled, he looks to the right and then the left again, nothing
THE BUZZING CONTINUES
WE CUT BACK OUT OF THE CAR BEHIND AND ABOVE
RIGHT ABOVE THE CAR IS A HUGE FLYING BEE
WITH THE BABY RIDING IT'S BACK
