I agree, which is why I haven't accused anyone, but the atmosphere is wholly the responsibility of the trolls, not anyone else.
I think the mods are aces at dealing with trolls.
The problem is the fashion for feeding probable trolls and encouraging them.

I can never tell who they are and who has multiple accounts, but I don't tend to read everything.

Probably, but there's several ways to mask them. I'm not sure how effective the deception is though.

Yes, but seemingly some people can get around that now.
There are some other ways of catching the critters though.
Well if they're that intent, let them get on with it. Their lives are obviously so futile and dull that we should embrace them as The Samaritans would.
