Well, quite. I assumed Sooty would revel in the 'infamy', quote the tweet in his signiture and produce fifty sketches on the subject. But no.
Sooty should be proud - he's joined the BCG elite of members who have been insulted by somebody mildly famous. Me and Lucas had Rhys Whatshisname. Seefacts had the Irish chap. And Soot's had the League of Gentleman midget.
Sooty got the best of the bunch by some margin, too.
