Best sitcoms over recent months?

Due to some health problems and being a resident in Japan I haven't been able to visit this site or watch much comedy recently. So over the past several months have there been any shows worth watching?

Psychoville.

The Trip.

Psychoville.

This, not a whole lot else.

I enjoyed Friday Night Dinner; many on here didn't. (I can say, without fear of contradiction, that they were all wrong)

The Trip.

And this. Was that last year??

Anyway, five months in, it's fair to say 2011 has not been a great year so far for Brit TV comedy.

America has carried on pumping out the good stuff.

Best thing this year so far is Down The Line on Radio 4.

Twenty Twelve.

Best sitcom on TV right now IMO is The Big Bang Theory.

Funniest American sitcom of all time I reckon.

Just..just....just BRILLIANT!

Words fail me!

Jerry Seinfeld just started crying and he doesn't know why.

Probably got a midge in his eye.

Jerry Seinfeld just started crying and he doesn't know why.

Because he's been bested by a show starring David from Roseanne.

Ha, never. Bang is very good, but it's hardly in the top tier of sitcoms. :)

It's above Seinfeld!

The very world you inhabit. ;)
