The Big Bang Theory Page 17

Whatever his true accent is, I think it was a clever move and probably a bold one to cast an Indian, especially with the culture based storylines he's had. You don't see that much in US comedy, you get the all black comedy stuff, you get a lot of white Jewish, Italian-American, Hispanic, that kind of thing, but v little South Asian characters. An Indian science nerd has been an interesting new character.

"Sheldon" looks strangely fatter than usual in this picture.

I think it's because he's looking down.
If he is.
I can never tell the angle of selfies.

Yes, but you'd also think he hides a considerable stomach under his suit if you didn't know him better.

Maybe he grew one at Christmas.

Melissa Rauch is so sexy, even with that voice.

Hottest Big Bang scene ever!

I'm feeling a bit like George Roper at the moment...nevermind.

Don't know Gordon, I think that shows what's gone wrong with it if anything. It looks like BBT2 now, a different show. Not that I watch anymore. And even with the original 5 still in, I wouldn't watch it anymore, that one dip in where they were on a Star Trek convention was enough to keep me away. There hasn't been a good sitcom yet that has survived going beyond 50 eps. The yankee method is beyond the pale.

Not that I watch anymore.

I think the current series is the strongest yet.

What? I don't think I follow you here.

Seinfeld.
Parks and Recreation.
The Office.
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Can't say I agree.

All I'll say about the last episode is finally.

Now go watch it.

It's getting renewed for 3 more seasons: https://tv.yahoo.com/blogs/tv-news/-the-big-bang-theory--gets-renewed-for-3-more-seasons-181402249.html

It being renewed for 3 more seasons is really going to burn out the show though.

D There hasn't been a good sitcom yet that has survived going beyond 50 eps.

Sure there has. Quite a few, in fact.

This is a fine show. Great characterisation and thankfully (without being insulting to the cast) not full of conventionally "beautiful" people. A lot of other yank shows make the mistake of using actors who would normally be in the likes of 90210. Just look at the execrable Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D or the dire remake of The Tomorrow People. Too many pretty faces and youth angst, woeful acting!
