Because of my (perhaps unfair) loathing of most commercial music radio I wasn't even aware Ron Wood and Frank Skinner had regular radio shows on Absolute.
Anyone know if either are any good?

Frank Skinner's show is very good. It's on quite early though, so I usually hear it through the podcast. Not remotely fussed about Ronnie Wood though.
I should point out that they are radio awards, rather than music awards.
I really like Absolute 90s and 80s one is okay too. Not really what you were asking but thought I wouldn't get another opportunity on here to express that on here again.
Not quite as prestigious as the Sony Awards but the radio station that I write links for, http://www.jackbristol.com/, has been nominated for an Arqiva Award.
I've been invited to the ceremony in July, which should be fun.
Oh...back on topic, I don't mind Frank Skinner's Absolute radio show in small doses (usually listen to the podcast) but I find it a bit irritating if I listen to too much in one sitting.
The Skinner podcast is brilliant- especially as it just cuts out the daft music.
