I've gone off Tom. He's an also ran. He's easy to push around and his "creativity" seems to mainly consist of telling everybody how creative he is.
Do they not have internet phones? It would have taken 5 seconds to check where Columbus was from. To not do that before going so far as to print up signs and all sorts when they know they're going to be on televison AND a job could rest on it, is properly retarded behaviour.
I'm not sure they do have Internet access. I've seen them before going through phonebooks for numbers, whereas anybody else would just Google.

I reckon the candidates are irrelevant and it'll all be down to their business idea. Because if they're really crap or their business plan is toss, then Lordsiralan can prop them up with experts and contacts galore. But if the ideas a turd there's a limit to how much polishing him and his henchmen can do.
