The Apprentice - Series 7 Page 28

I need Natasha to go. She's been my main hate target since about week three.

Helen is the best but she really dropped the ball this week.

My feeling is the inventor will get it.

Sugar doesn't need a sales person, he can pick up the phone to all the major companies he wants.

He needs products.

Did you see poor Tom's face right at the end of the board room where he thought he was going. Broke my little heart, it did.

Tom's main invention is a curved nail file.

Aww!

Good product.

Good product.

I know. I really like him. And Susie. They're the most interesting in business terms.

I'd like to have Jim selling for me.

Very poor selection of final candidates - even given it's a TV show and not a proper business exploit.

Tom is not all he seems. Still no elucidation on why he wears clear lensed glasses (ie prop glasses). This is more than curious. I've only ever seen actors or models wearing them.

Susie is an embarrassment as a candidate. She knows nothing and can't communicate, despite dribbling an endless stream of consciousness like a talking book of Finnegan's Wake. The other contestants are right to ignore her.

Natasha is the easiest to empathise with. She's trying, doesn't belittle the other candidates as much as some, and she makes some solid, if unimaginative decisions. She does have a laughable way of speaking from time to time. Her description of the nodding bulldogs as ' these badboys' made me wince

Jim is a backstabbing, spineless and evil. He can sell but that's it. And he has no integrity.

Helen is mental. Her suggestion that she take over from Melody as project manager after a sleepless night of worry made my jaw drop. That's straight-jacket material. No business would prosper with her running. She would not delegate or take advice and eventually will have a nervous breakdown. They need to up the meds on her.

I think Natasha is the worst by FAR. She hasn't made any positive contributions to any of the tasks, doesn't grasps basic ideas and speaks to people atrociously.

Suzi is a bit dim, but she's good at selling- but that's not what it's all about.

None of them really seem fit to run a business, but Tom is my favourite.

It's a bit harsh to criticise him for this. It's a harmless vanity. And he has got a funny sausage-face, so glasses destract you from that and give him a bit more gravitas.

I think Tom will win and he is the best candidate, although some of his ideas have been very poor. Emergency biscuit with your cuppa there Nat? I thought Natasha managed Susie well, thanking her for her contributions etc. whilst obviously ignoring them. I don't care who wins. I liked Vincent, but he went ages back and among the women only Zoe appealed to me, having the bollocks to take on all the other gobby female airheads and not doing the Rimmel shiny robot tart thing.

They're all c**ts.

Are you saying you didn't think that Natasha was a massive bitch to Susie, or that you saw it but didn't mind it?

Who will Sugar pick? No idea.. he makes the oddest decisions sometimes.

Who would I contemplate going into business with? There's only one: Susy (honesty; passion; willing to learn). Tom? Good creatively, but a business partner? Not for me. Helen? Good frontperson, might make a good employee, but the biggest b.s.-er of them all.. no business acumen whatsoever. Jim? Good with the market banter but a bit too touchy-feely for my liking. The rest are complete no-nos for me.

:) Jim is a great salesman, and had finger on pulse with umbrellas and nodding dogs, I would hire him!

Helen is smart but had NO control this week as leader, I love all the bitchiness

Must admit did not notice anything about Toms glasses.

Lets face it WE could all sell better than those twats!
