This is why, as a stand-up, it is always safest just to refer to an audience members as a "c**t" and leave it at that.
He does sound like a complete arse.
Looks like it wasn't so much the stuff he was saying onstage, but rather the approaching her afterwards and being an aggressive c**t that caused the fine - which, if it is so, sounds reasonable to me.
