Idiots.
It was the funniest original sitcom on BBC television last year.
Funniest sitcom BBC Three ever commissioned, possibly.

Aw C'mon! Capping it off at two series keeps it pristine and puts it in some very distinguished comedy company.
And anyway, the (albeit slight) signs of decline in series two didn't bode well for a new series. Better to remember it when it was young and beautiful.
According to The Velvet Onion the BBC has decided not to release DVDs or Blu-Rays of Mongrels series two. Why do they feel the need to do that?
I'm sure people don't really check up on this sort of stuff before but... Does ANYone have any idea on where some of the things from the show have went? I would just DIE if I could get my grubby mitts on the puppets from the show!
I've even started doing a lot of writing for a spin-off show that I'd love to air in the US someday soon, but regardless, I love puppeteering and I would LOVE to be able to cherish and keep just a piece of such a wonderful show with me for the rest of my live! Nelson and Vince are my favourites!
Any ideas anyone...? I've already seen the YouTube video of the lucky guy who got Destiny's collar!
I would guess they're likely to be in storage, probably with puppeteers Talk To The Hand.
Yeah... I can't even find a website for the group :/ It's such a shame that such talent has been just boxed up and put away x.x What're they going to do with them except just let them sit in storage and rot?
With how huge a hit it is with all the people I show this to, and conventions full of people wanting more, I'm shocked nobody's thought about re-vamping it for American viewing, much less just a bloody DvD port :/
I mean <.< American TV over here is pretty sad at the moment, it's mostly non-original stuff anyway ;p Might as well throw some good stuff in there ;p
