What do people think of this? Its a new American show and the first episode in full is available to view on the HBO website, hbo.com/conchords/ .
Id heard of them before and know they had an acclaimed BBC radio series, though ive never heard it. I really enjoyed the episode, quite offbeat, lowkey and funny; and really funny songs; something which Im not usually in to.
Hope the series comes to our TV, or that HBO keep putting episodes on their website, cos I really enjoyed it and would like to see more. Oh, and this episode also features that blonde American girl who appears in the Peep Show. Anyone else had a look?
Flight Of The Conchords
I liked the radio show but didn't know about it being a TV programme.
I think the radio show had Rob Brydon in it.
It seems quite good, although I stopped watching when they started to sing, I'll watch the rest later.
Yeah, Im not normally one for 'funny' songs, but I really enjoyed the ones in this.
Yeah I quite liked it, slightly too laid back I thought but def. enjoyable. Somebody here recommended these guy's music a few months ago and it was hilarious (hip-hop-a-potamus my best )so I'm glad they got a TV series now.
I really, really, really like them. Simple as.
Their HBO live show was hilarious.
I love their style, really comfortable with their set-up and material.

Although I have to say 'What's wrong' one is great.
'What are your overheads?...'
Love this show, when does it start on BBC4?
EDIT: 25th September!
Everyone should watch The Bowie Song or Sellotape.
And this one http://youtube.com/watch?v=pY8jaGs7xJ0 That's one of my favourites. Really can't wait till this show starts over here, I still haven't seen all of series one.
I'm the pretty prince of parties, you're a tasty peice of pasty...
Didn't hear the radio show, but this looks to be excellent. On the subject of funny songs, the third series of the Boosh should deliver.
