I've just learned via Chortle that the new series of Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle is to start on 4th May, but for some reason it is on at 23.20. Why would you want to stick it on at that time (unless the person doing the scheduling was Aaron in which case it is obvious why)?
Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle - Series 2
I remember him saying last year that it would be on in March at an 11.20pm slot. I thought that was maybe him being mischevious. Evidently not. At least it is going to be on. That's the main thing. The time that shows are broadcast is less important these days.
If that's true it's absurd. Yay for new series, boo for the idiot who decided on the timeslot.
They clearly want it to be the final series.

He never makes it past two without being cancelled, it's tradition.
I always like it when Lee pretends to be really ignorant. An example is when he discusses watching the 9/11 footage in a foreign bar and not being bothered as he thought the event had occurred in a non-English speaking country. It's a sharp observation.

True!
Woohoo!
First Rik n Ade, now this!
Series 1 was ace.
Loved the Del Boy falling in the pub stuff.

And then Trigger pulls a face.
I saw four of these being recorded. They are, quite simply, ace.
I hope the outtakes are on the DVD as they were some of the funniest bits.

Have to say I'm finding his book a little dull....
What is *wrong* with people today?
