Main reason(s) being Keith Barron and especially Gwen Taylor. Fantastic performances.
IMO they turned what might have been a very mediocre show into a pretty darn good one.
Duty Free or Benidorm? Page 2
Have only seen 1 episode of Benidorm where as I have seen all of the Duty Free episodes. So it would be unfair to assess which is the better of the two, but the acting by all four leads in Duty Free are outstanding throughout the whole series. I get the impression this is a very underrated sitcom which shouldn't be the case.
Benidorm
Watched all 6 episodes of Benidorm from the first series for the first time last night. Even though were some funny moments there weren't enough. Though I am keen to buy the second series, if nothing more than seeing how certain characters develop throughout the series.
Will report back when I have seen more of Benidorm.
