Yeah, but it's gone the other way now, with many men these days wearing clothes so tight, they end up looking like Glam Rock singers from the '80s. Even the suits are ridiculously tight. I remember Alexei Sayle, a couple of years ago, saying he'd noticed how all the young men working at the BBC were now wearing suits that looked like they were a couple of sizes too small for them, just like he used to do on his TV show.
In Chesterfield there's a 70s and 80s bar/club, and next door a bar/club called Back To The Nineties.
I've not been yet but am planning to before I get too old. Mind you I am 35, so that might have happened already.
