A blast from the past but I was reminded of it today when I had a chance to use the "trust me I know what I'm doing" line in real life... It was betetr than the normal run of US Sitcoms.

I have fond memories of this. And when I watched it all again on DVD a couple of years ago it had held up pretty well. David Rasche is a very underrated actor.
I must look out for a DVD...
This used to be on the Paramount Comedy channel after the pub when I was at Uni! So no idea if it's good but it made drunk student me laugh!
I looooooooooooooved this when it first aired back in the 80's and I came so close to buying both series on DVD, they were both under a tenner each at the time.
I'd love to see it shown again over here to see if it's still as funny and just to see him throw that paper aeroplane into the back of his boss' head!
Sledge - "You know what they say, guns don't kill people"
Criminal - "Yeah, I know people do"
Sledge - "No, bullets do"
I liked (and still like) that show. A guilty pleasure. And Dori Doreau was hot!
I loved it! Episode "If I had a little hammer" got me laughing for ages... "how about Rob?"
Adam Ant was in an episode called= "icebreaker"
An accent to die for
