12 hours worth of stubble looks good on me, but after that it's just too thick. I went seven days without shaving when I had a flu a few years back and I looked a real tramp.

Yes but it needs to be a proper one and you need special glue to affix it

This is 50% due to the fact that I can't get a close shave, and 50% due to the fact that I am a pasty faced fugly bloke. So, in some ways I hope it makes me look a little bit less scary, but I'm sure in reality it just makes me look like a fithy hobo.
