New Slagg sketches Page 2

Cheers for the comments and some of the crit was more detailed than I was hoping for, so thanks. It's always invaluable to get detail.

Yep SlagB's hair is real which is a pain when he has to do other characters.

We try to edit them as tight as possible but in Draw it was extreme close-up to disguise the fact that it isn't a real cowboy hat, a saloon, nor even real playing cards. So the CU shot was forced on me despite reservations. I was going to put honkytonk piano in the background to establish the scene aurally but couldn't because of copyright reasons for a competition it was entered into.

Bad News, Gutted re: the Little Britain similarity but I'm glad to say I only ever watched one episode. The cop is dyslexic so he read the door number the wrong way 'round. Gutted but it does happen. The tiny copper's hat was more budget than design. Plus the fact that his head is abnormally large :-)

Cheers again, appreciated.

Nice work you Slaggs. Personal fave is Rod Hull - for me it's head and shoulders above the others (which are perfectly passable). Then, I do like a good quickie. Watching "Bad News" I had a nagging thought that I'd seen the idea before, so it looks like it might have been on one of the episodes of Little Britain I was unlucky enough to watch.
Loved the camerawork on the Public Info Film, btw.

Ah I dunno why all the Little Britain hate. You obviously share some similar taste in humour ;)

Love the Rod Hull sketch!

The Rod Hull is from a series of other famous deaths where the same copper is sent to investigate.

Tom lol. It's just the catchphrase mentality of LB that bugs me. I liked Walliams in Spaced (A brilliant Vulva) and the short fat hairless one in Vic and Bob's stuff.
