It's sort of tragically funny.
A close friend who died had 'Elbow' 'One a day like this', the bit with 'Throw those curtains wide' ,I collapsed in tears!
It reminds me of the couple who liked "Everything I Do" by Bryan Adams and had asked for "the theme from Robin Hood" to be played as they walked back down the aisle.
Service over, they turned to walk back down the aisle and the stereo cranked up:
"Robin Hood, Robin Hood, riding through the glen...."
Allegedly true.

I've heard that that's true too.
Elliot always jokes that if he married me he'd make the first song 'Blue Eyes' by Good Shoes. If he did that, I would just go. Screw the vows.
I think there is only one sensible Wedding song.
