Damn You Autocorrect!

I was made aware of the following website this week which I'd somehow managed to avoid. It's a load of screen shots of the autocorrect function playing merry hell with some innocent text messages.

I've been wiping away a lot of tears today - if you've not seen this site you must take a look. Here's a few for a flavour....

Has anyone got any examples they've done themselves?

LOL.

LOL.

You meant to write KOK didn't you?

Yeah, I recently sent the following to a female friend of mine:

"Fair enough; who have you got lubed up then? Anything exciting planned?"

(Supposed to say "lined" obviously)

Yes - and I might have mentioned it here before - several years ago when browsing in a pirated DVD market I was elated to find a box-set of the Pink Panther movies. I texted a friend to ask if he would like me to get him the complete Pink Panther, which my Nokia phone's predictive text changed to "Pink Panties".

Another old predictive one for texting to girlfriends was: "I want to kick your puppy".

I like the way this tender moment ends with 'Hello?' - I think he took it badly. :D

Double whammy!

Rolling eyes No, never a good sign when it ends with Hello?... :D That's the texting equivalent of a Hamlet moment...dum...dum...dum...dum...

Hahaha.

No, nothing interesting. Although it is odd that predictive text (on my old Nokia at least) assumed I was more likely to ask if a friend fancied going for a 'riot' than go for a 'pint'.

I predict a pint

;) I predict a riot rings a bell.

Oh dear

and double 'oh dear'

Ah, these are great! I absolutely love these types of things!

Any more sites like it?
